August 11, 2025--- Our own Legendary Tim Hubbard, (Co-Founder, committee member, and curator of the Tampa Bay Museum of Metal, and photographer of many bands including Obituary, Deicide, Brutality, Atheist and many more), will be inducted into the Florida Skateboarders Hall of Fame 2025! The ceremony will take place at the Skatepark of Tampa January 26, 2026!

June 15, 2025 --- There is a new Fanzine available in the Tampa Bay area, "Riot of Your Times", brought to the Metal world by 16 year old Skylar Jones!
There was a celebration for the release at Sklar's parents, Josh and Melissa Jones store, "Toy Mented" (aka V&C Collectables), in Brandon, FL. Their store features collectible toys also, Rock & Metal Vinyl, CD's, Cassettes, T-shirts and more!
​Several were in attendance to congratulate and celebrate Skylar's and Metals newest fanzine!

5/16/2025--- Today Jim, and Tom Morris, Scott Burns, and Morrisound Recording, were honored with a historical marker at the old Morrisound on 56th Street in Temple Terrace, followed by a celebration at Magnanimous Brewing Seminole Heights, Tampa. 2/8/2025---Wow, Thanks to all who attended, bought merch, bought the TBMOM beer, and donated, at our event at Magnanimous Brewery Seminole Heights on January 25th & 26th. We had an unbelievable turnout, estimates for Saturday is estimated 500 attendees, and Sunday is estimated at 300 attendees.  We want to Thank all of the bands that participated, and a special thanks to Morrisound Recording for participating.
