Death from Orlando, Florida. Chuck moved to California and after the release of "Scream Bloody Gore", Chuck Schuldiner returned to Orlando, Florida and reunited with Rick Rozz. They recruited Rick's fellow bandmates Terry Butler and Bill Andrews from Brandon, Florida's Massacre. They toured on the "Scream Bloody Gore" release before recording and releasing "Leprosy".
